Porgs: the real stars of “The Last Jedi”

It took me a bit, but I am now completely obsessed with porgs – the cute penguin like creatures in the new Star Wars “The Last Jedi” movie. I think most reviewers dismiss porgs as annoyingly cute side characters, like Ewoks, but man, they are so much cuter! The movie itself was actually pretty good, I don’t understand what anyone disliked about it. I know Hollywood sometimes likes to make political statements through film, but even if there was one, it wasn’t too noticeable as in previous Star Wars films where it became interminable. I just appreciate that the new characters added a lot to the story. But mostly, I just care about the porgs!
